BEO is a unique social enterprise that helps those who are often marginalized in society. They take criminals, those those who have a hard time finding employment, and the homeless, and give them a job.

Their mission is to provide opportunities for people who have been traditionally overlooked by society. They believe that everyone has value and deserves a chance at success. They hope to create a more inclusive society where everyone has an opportunity to contribute.

BEO is the ministry of Brother William J. Johnson, a servant heart leader who has chosen to stand in front and put his issues in the spotlight. He is not perfect, but he believes that Jesus Christ is alive and powerful and delivers.
